Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 7 days

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed return instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  1. The item was damaged upon arrival
  2. The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ewore Bags is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once completed.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
